She used the empathy bond powers the team was given to allow them inside a world based on her feelings and experiences. The major revelations here was that she felt guilty for 'allowing' her friends to be hurt during traumatic events in the game and that she was pressuring herself to be perfect inside and out so that she could be a bigger help for those that she cares for. <br /><br />(Yes, this includes her girlfriend, Tryse. TL;DR trauma bonding makes feelings develop like they were in a pressure cooker.)<br /><br />What she was given in return was the knowledge that everyone's fate wasn't on her shoulders.
